Day 10 summer 2014 – In between Buildings + Valle Giulia

The day has been dedicated to the study and analysis of the main systems of urban squares and axes of the historic center of Rome. Students understood how to recognize not only the sequence of the open spaces of the city but also their capability to recreate a succession of unique and rich urban scenography. The site visits and the lecture has been organised by  Professor Arch. Nilda Valentin, expert in architecture and urban design,  Department of Architecture, University “Sapienza”.Visit of the architecture department of “Valle Giulia”,University “Sapienza”. Preparation for the final group presentation.
