The site provides a rare transparent look into the complexities of site management within a dense, historically protected environment.

Participants will observe the delicate balance of safeguarding original architectural features while implementing state-of-the-art systems and bespoke finishes. For Construction Management students, this project functions as a primary-source case study, offering critical insights into procurement, structural reinforcement, and the artisanal craftsmanship required for Roman residential excellence.
